William A. Fink has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry. Just a few
of his certifications include, INet+, Linux+, A+ (1999 and 2003 Objectives)
Network+ also, he has experience being an instructor for many of these 
certifications which easlily demonstrates his ability to share
his knowledge for the IT industry.

In 1996 Mr. Fink began concentrating his career in the IT industry after retiring
and serving twenty proud years as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy. 

With an impressive background in the electronics “high-tech” area, he actually
began another interest in the IT industry that began in 1984. His “High-Tech”
interests progressed through the “Dot-Com” time-frame and is when he became the
CO-Founder and President of his own “Internet Company” - Web Services
International, Inc. the corporate office was located in Middletown, RI..

He started his IT interests and career that began with first-hand experience and
background of designing, installing, administrating, and supervising Novell
Networks for the U.S. Navy, Surface Warfare Officer’s School headquartered in
Newport, RI. He also managed to find time to become an instructor in the Novell
Networking area (for potential CNAs) along with many other courses Mr Fink 
began teacing for Bristol Community College, Fall River, MA. _AND_ Learning Tree
International. 

It was at the start of the Internet “Dot-Com” era and after his retirement from
the military that he started and became the President of Web Services
International, Incorporated. That RI company which grew from a small one person
(himself) “home business” that went on to become the 33-employee, publicly
traded, WSI, Inc.

During his time as President of WSI, Bill was the sole system administrator on Unix
and Windows operating systems which supported the company’s operations for 
the next few years. It was then Bill also began concentrating with TCP/IP networkingt
technologies and became the sole senior network engineer for WSI. 

After WSI, he worked as a contractor for the Naval Underwater Warfare Center in Newport,
RI. It was then he further develop his skills further concentrating on
supporting networking and network equipement exclusvely.
 
By then his very strong system and networking skills did he further enhance his 
and include his instructing skills for ProSoft Engineering and Learning Tree International.

Mr. Fink’s degree is from City University, Seattle, WA.. 

In 2006 Bill relocated to North Carolina and in 2007 took on the role as the ONLY
network engineer for the local government.

Bill also began focusing on systems and network security from 2004 until the
present.

It's obvious if Mr. Fink is ever considered as being one of your team-members; He’ll be
bringing with him his many years of experience working “High-Tech” for the
private and government sectors. 


His very strong and varied electronics and technical background, his
understanding how critical company responsibilities are for both the private
sector company working with or for government puts the “Icing on the Cake.”
